The teachers who drove the school to what it is today...

Jayne Meggittt & Kate Saxton have been teaching together for over 30 years. We have enjoyed each others company for so long, we often wonder where the time has gone! We definitely share the same passion and aim to get the best out of our girls and boys at FSDance.

 

When we are not dancing we have lots to do...

 

Jayne is the head of Tap with the U.T.D which keeps her very busy, she is currently arranging the new work for exams and is very keen to update and modernise the tap work. She is an Examiner for the UTD. She enjoys going to the Theatre and loves it when her husband cooks her tea after a very busy day at dance!

 

Kate has enjoyed working in a Primary school for longer than 8 years and also has a busy family. Her recent career change takes her into Children's & Youth work at a local church. Most of her Sundays (when not dancing or at church!) are spent at the allotment. Kate also likes to paint and draw, she often wonders where she finds the time to do everything!
